Emerald Park, Six Roads, St Philip

The project at Emerald Park in St Philip consists of three Phases totalling 307 affordable income houses.    Caribbean Homes Limited was contracted to build these houses which constituted the Company’s first project as production commenced in the new Plant at Thurban, St Philip in January, 2008.

By the end of 2008, Phases 2A and 2B were completed, totalling 214 affordable income homes.    Such rapid progress in the building and construction industry in Barbados has never before been achieved and CHL has therefore translated their promise to deliver quality houses on time, into a reality.

Phase 2C started in February, 2009 and will be completed at the beginning of July.
