Evergreen

The “Evergreen” comprises 591 square feet inclusive of the 52 sq ft patio. It is made up of two bedrooms, with a bathroom in between all along one side. The living and dining room area extends from the patio to the kitchen at the rear.  The house is built with only the highest quality finishes. Using our tried and tested innovative technology, this house is made of the highest quality precast and pre-stressed concrete components which have been designed to ensure that it can withstand hurricane and earthquake conditions.
