Apple Blossom

The “Apple Blossom” comprises 1008 square feet inclusive of the 52 sq ft patio and is the largest of the three affordable income designs offered. It is made up of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all along one side, as well as a spacious living and dining room area which extends back from the patio and is adjacent to the kitchen at the rear. The house is built with only the highest quality finishes. Using our tried and tested innovative technology, this house is made of the highest quality precast and pre-stressed concrete components which have been designed to ensure that it can withstand hurricane and earthquake conditions.
