The Caribbean Homes factories at Thurban, Six Roads, St. Philip are state of the art, manufacturing  operations which produce precast and prestressed concrete houses  using innovative technology which has been widely tested and proven across the United States and Europe. These hurricane and earthquake resistant houses boast finishes of the highest quality.  Factory #1 is equipped to produce the affordable income designs while Factory #2 is geared to focus on the middle income houses, however, this second factory is also equipped to produce the affordable designs in order to meet the high demands of these models.    2.5 houses are produced daily at the two operating plants.

CHL has 13 designs in all, 3 of which are affordable income houses and the remaining 10, middle income.  They range in size from 591 square feet and 1008 square feet in the affordable category and from 1049 to 1461 square feet in the middle income range.   A lot of time has been spent with the Architectural and Engineering aspects of these homes to ensure that the space is utilised to make them as efficient as possible.  In this regard, the exterior walls are 4’’ in width and the interior walls 3½” which results in the space effectiveness of our designs.  Our design team have paid careful attention to every detail in the layout and finishes of these houses to ensure that our product is of the highest standard to meet the needs of this market.
